We are pleased to inform you that the information about this year's sports camp is updated.
It is planned for July 17 - July 26 (10 days) at the Jõulumäe Sport Center (joulumae.ee). Price for 10 days is 390 euro. Registration is by full or partial payment (100 euro). Please confirm your participation by March 31st.

We regret to inform you that due to the unavailability of a suitable room, we will not be able to start a new class for beginner Taiji students in February.
We understand that this may be disappointing news for those of you looking forward to starting your Taiji journey with us. Please know that we are actively working to find a solution and hope to offer these classes again in the near future.
The next beginners' course is planned for October. Stay tuned for further updates, and we thank you for your understanding and continued interest in our Taiji programs.

Celebrate the Chinese New Year with us at the China Inn restaurant and welcome the Year of the Dragon with joy and festivity! Master Sheng invites everyone to a memorable Chinese New Year celebration.

We would like to inform you that on public holidays, December 25th and 26th, there will be no trainings. Additionally, our Master will be on vacation from January 1st to 3rd. Regular training sessions will resume according to the usual schedule after this period.

We'd like to remind you that tomorrow, October 3rd, we have our first taiji training for beginners. There is still an opportunity for everyone interested to join the class:
Location and Times:
Our classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 to
19:30 at Forus Sports Center located at Sõjakooli 10,
Tallinn.
Meeting Before the First Training:
The first training will take place tomorrow, October 3rd.
We kindly ask all participants to arrive 10-15 minutes early
to the sports center's foyer. This will allow us to give you
a key card, which is necessary for access to the dressing
room.
Training clothes:
We recommend wearing loose clothing and flat-soled shoes.
Key Card:
Each participant will receive a key card for the dressing
room. After the first training, this key card will be yours,
and it can be used in future classes. To obtain the key
card, a deposit of 10 euros is required. It's important to
note that this amount will be refunded to you when you
return the card. This is our way of ensuring that the cards
are properly stored and available to all participants.

Training times: Taiji 0. class on Tuesdays
and Thursdays at 18:30–19:30, and Qigong on

a new form, as well as anyone who wants to better understand
and improve the 48 form, is welcome on Tuesdays and

Taiji I-II-III. class - around 20:00–21:00, we do the 24 form 4 times, the 48 form 2 times, and the sword form 2 times.
